Please help us give a big WELCOME BACK to the Central Washington Agricultural Museum's PIONEER POWER SHOW & SWAP MEET (the oldest running event in Union Gap)! It's BACK for 2021! Save the date, come on out and learn about agricultural history, see wheat threshing done the old fashioned way, check out rows and rows of antique tractors & equipment from all over the Northwest, a working blacksmith shop, vintage sawmill demonstrations, enjoy fresh baked bread, equipment parade, a quilt display, hit & miss engines, delicious food, wander through the exhibits & enjoy an all around good old fashioned time! August 21-22nd, 2021.

Join us at Union Gap’s Fullbright Park for this exciting event. Highlights include something for everyone of all ages! From farm equipment displays, vintage trucks and engines for the equipment enthusiasts to our popular equipment parade, we know you’ll have a great time. We also have a working sawmill, threshing demonstrations, quilt displays and more. Especially for the kids there are free kiddie train rides and our new free kiddie wagon plus scavenger hunt for prizes.
The Pioneer Power Show started in 1981 and has been going strong since. This popular event is held the 3rd weekend of August each year. See the farm equipment of yesteryear while learning about blacksmithing and turn a of the century sawmill. don't forget to check out the tractor pulls and draft horse buggy demonstrations. There are plenty of activities for the kids too, including kiddie train rides and wagon rides. Have fun while learning about the area's agricultural history. The event is $5.00 per person/children under 12 are free.
